Do I need to register my return?

Yes, you must register your return by contacting us via the "Contact" section within 14 days of receiving your order.

What is your return policy?

​

CLARA DAGUIN has a 14-day return policy. You have 14 business days from the delivery date of your order to return the products to our logistics center for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition (including packaging, accessories, tags, etc.), along with all documents originally provided.

Can I make an exchange?

​

We do not offer exchanges. If you want another item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

How do I return my package?

​

All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition (unused, complete with packaging, accessories, and pouch).

To return your order, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us via the "Contact" section, mentioning your order number.

  • Complete the return form with your personal information (name, surname, etc.).

  • Once your return request has been approved, drop your package off at your chosen carrier’s collection point.

For non-European customers, print three copies of your original invoice from your account or confirmation email (if ordered as a guest). Write clearly on each copy: "Return due to non-conformity." Attach these invoices outside your package in a transparent plastic sleeve for customs inspection. Do not place any documents inside the package.

Do I have to pay to return my order?

Return shipping fees are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you remain responsible for the products until we receive them. Upon receipt and verification of the items, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days via the original payment method.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?

​

If your package arrives damaged, please keep it securely, take photos of the packaging, and immediately contact our customer service if there is any anomaly.

The item I received is defective, what should I do?

​

Contact our customer service via email or telephone within 7 days after receiving your order to report any defects.

​

When will I receive my refund?

​

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving and verifying your returned items. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and in the original currency.

How do I know if my return has been received?

​

We will send a confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed for a refund. Be sure to keep the tracking number provided on your return label to track your shipment.
