Flying Bodies Across a Field
Illuminated oufits created for the performance Flying bodies across the fields, which offers a poetic answer to this crucial question: Can machines create life and save us from ecological disaster? In a field, bodies in motion. Above them, pollinating drones sent to compensate for the disappearance of bees. Conducting the scene is a beekeeper-drone programmer, a master of fertilizing algorithms. This piece is a choreographic science fiction work that offers a reflection on the fragile balance of our ecosystems, on humanity’s reliance on technology to compensate for the loss of living species, and on the limits of imitating nature.
