Estimated standard shipping windows

France: 2–4 business days

Europe (EU): 4–7 business days

United Kingdom: 5–8 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 


RETURNS
Do I need to register my return?
Yes. You must register your return by contacting us via the “Contact” section within 14 days of receiving your order.


What is your return policy?
CLARA DAGUIN offers a 14‑day return policy. You have 14 business days from the delivery date to return your items to our logistics center for a refund.
Returned items must be:

  • unused

  • in their original condition

  • with all packaging, accessories, labels, and documents

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.


Can I make an exchange?
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.


How do I return my package?
All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.
To return your order:

  1. Contact us via the “Contact” section and include your order number.

  2. Complete the return form with your personal information.

  3. Once your return request is approved, drop your package at your chosen carrier’s collection point.

For non‑European customers: Print three copies of your original invoice (from your account or confirmation email). Write clearly on each copy: “Return due to non‑conformity.” Attach these documents outside the package in a transparent sleeve for customs inspection. Do not place any documents inside the package.


Do I have to pay for my return?
Yes. Return shipping fees are your responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as you remain responsible for the package until it reaches us.
Once we receive and verify the items, we will issue a refund within 14 days via the original payment method.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS


My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your package arrives damaged:

  • keep all packaging

  • take photos

  • contact our customer service immediately

We will assist you with the next steps.


The item I received is defective, what should I do?
If you believe your item is defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos and your order number so we can assess the issue.

 


REFUNDS
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and verify your returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and in the original currency.


How do I know if my return has been received?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed. Please keep your return tracking number to monitor your shipment.
